Search Wary is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy something, the brand or an affiliate network may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same either way.
Which links are affiliate links
Buttons such as "See today's price at [Brand]" and "Get offer" in reviews, deals pages and buying guides may be affiliate links. They are marked in our code as sponsored and open in a new tab. Links to our sources and to alternative brands are ordinary links unless they are also shown as a "See today's price" button.
Networks we may work with
We may earn commissions through affiliate networks and programs such as Awin, Impact, CJ, CX3 Ads, BuyGoods and brands' own affiliate programs. The relationships change over time.
What commissions don't affect
- The short answer and verdict in a review.
- The Wary Check, which is scored only from the brand's published policies.
- The cons, the "skip it if" list and the alternatives, which include brands that pay us nothing.
- Whether we write about a brand at all.
No paid placements
We don't accept payment for reviews, rankings or positive coverage, and we don't publish sponsored posts. If that ever changes for a specific article, the article will say so at the top.
