What is Hume Health's return policy?
You can return a device within 45 days of receiving it. You must email support@myhumehealth.com first, because returns sent without authorization are not processed. The device should be in its original packaging and like-new condition. You pay return shipping unless the item is proven defective. Refunds take 5–7 business days after approval, plus bank time.
