Nature Hills Nursery policies at a glance
How to get the best price at Nature Hills Nursery
- Shipping runs $9.99 to $24.99 until you reach $199, so a single $50 shrub really costs about $65. Batch your spring planting into one order over $199.
- If you're planting perennials or groundcover, 12 quart plants get 15% off plus free shipping, which can cost less than four larger containers.
- Weekly Specials discounts often apply to only one container size. Check that the discounted size is the one you actually want.
- Orders delivered after October 15 are covered by the free guarantee through May 1, so a late-fall order gets a full spring to prove itself.
- The optional Growing & Glowing Guarantee Plus extends coverage to one year but pays out in store credit, not cash. Weigh its price at checkout against how many plants you're buying.
Questions about Nature Hills Nursery discounts
Does Nature Hills Nursery have a promo code?
We didn't find a public promo code on naturehills.com when we checked on Oct 27, 2026. The current ways to pay less don't need one: Quart bundle: mix 4, 8 or 12 quart plants for 5%, 10% or 15% off; Weekly Specials on selected plants; Free shipping on orders of $199+. Codes on coupon sites that Nature Hills Nursery hasn't published often don't work, so we don't list them.
Can I return plants to Nature Hills?
No. Nature Hills says agricultural rules and the perishable nature of live plants mean it can't accept returns, exchanges or refused packages. Problems are handled under the 45-day guarantee from your photos, and you keep or compost the plant. Hard goods such as fertilizer and tools are final sale unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
