What Secretlab is
Secretlab is a Singaporean furniture company founded in 2014, according to Wikipedia. Its own about page says founders Ian and Alaric met while playing StarCraft II semi-professionally and started the company to build a gaming chair they would actually want to sit in. The Secretlab trademarks belong to Secretlab SG Pte. Ltd., and the US warranty is issued by Secretlab US, Inc., per its warranty statement.
The company sells ergonomic chairs (the TITAN Evo and the newer ATLAS task chair), MAGNUS standing and fixed-height desks, and a long list of add-ons, from footrests to magnetic cable organizers. In the US it sells mainly through its own store at secretlab.co and ships from warehouses in Tennessee and Utah. Secretlab also mentions an LA Experience Store and says you can try its setup at Best Buy, and its warranty-extension form lists Amazon and Newegg as recognized places of purchase. Secretlab says it serves customers in more than 50 countries and claims over 3 million users.
What makes it different
Sized chairs with published fit ranges
Most gaming chairs come in one size. The TITAN Evo comes in three, and Secretlab publishes who each one is for. Per its product page, Small fits people 5'6" and under (under 200 lb), Regular fits 5'7" to 6'2" (under 220 lb), and XL fits 5'11" to 6'9" (175 to 395 lb). The pricing is simple: Small and Regular cost the same, and XL adds $50 in every upholstery. The newer ATLAS task chair comes in Regular and Large, with a $20 step between them.
A warranty you can stretch for free
Secretlab chairs carry a 3-year limited warranty. The brand's extended warranty program adds two more years for free. You post a public photo of your new chair on a listed social network with #Secretlab, then submit the link and your proof of purchase within a year of delivery. MAGNUS desks get 5 years on the frame and 2 on the electronics. The catch is in the claim process. Secretlab ships replacement parts for you to fit yourself and says it has no local repair facilities, and you must file a claim within 14 days of noticing the defect.
Desks built around one ecosystem
The MAGNUS line is designed around magnetic accessories: cable anchors, sheaths, a headphone hanger, monitor arms and a desk mat called MAGPAD. Secretlab describes the MAGNUS Pro as its flagship sit-to-stand desk, with what it calls best-in-class cable management. The MAGNUS Evo is a cheaper standing desk with simpler cable routing, and the MAGNUS Metal Desk is fixed height. If you already own a Secretlab chair, the desks and add-ons are designed to match. If you don't, it's an ecosystem worth pricing out as a whole before you commit.
Direct pricing, with a "non-direct" reference
Secretlab sells mostly direct and shows a "Non-Direct Pricing" figure beside each chair. The Regular TITAN Evo showed $669 next to its $579 selling price, and the XL showed $729 next to $629. That reference is Secretlab's own estimate of what the chair would cost through middlemen. The brand says buying direct cuts up to 25% in middlemen costs. Measure the deal against the $579 you actually pay, not against the reference figure.
The product range
The range is narrow at the top: two chair families, three desk families and many add-ons. Prices below were on secretlab.co on October 27, 2026.

The Wary Check
Secretlab passes five of six checks. It fails on shipping: there is no free-shipping threshold, and a chair or desk generally costs $41 or more to ship.

Price and value
Chair pricing is the most transparent part of the store. Here is what each size costs before shipping.
| Chair | Small | Regular | XL / Large |
|---|---|---|---|
| TITAN Evo, NEO Hybrid Leatherette | $579 | $579 | $629 |
| TITAN Evo, SoftWeave Plus Fabric | $599 | $599 | $649 |
| TITAN Evo, NanoGen Hybrid Leatherette | — | $799 | $849 |
| TITAN Evo, collaboration editions | $664 | $664 | $714 |
| ATLAS, NEO Hybrid Leatherette | — | $499 | $519 |
| ATLAS, SoftWeave Plus Fabric | — | $519 | $539 |
| ATLAS "+" (NanoFoam composite) | — | $699 | $719 |
| Desk | Standard | XL |
|---|---|---|
| MAGNUS Pro (sit-to-stand) | $948 | $988 |
| MAGNUS Evo (sit-to-stand) | $749 | $849 |
| MAGNUS Metal Desk (fixed, with MAGPAD) | from $638 | — |
The codes are worth reading closely. The chair code takes $100 off, but only on orders of $885 or more, and the most expensive standard TITAN Evo is $849. A single chair won't qualify on its own; you would need to add something like the $299 OTTO legrest. The desk code needs $1,640. A MAGNUS Pro and a TITAN Evo in leatherette or fabric come to $1,527–$1,637, just short, so you'd need an add-on there too. The $150 sitewide code starts at $1,999. Don't buy extras just to reach a threshold unless you wanted them anyway.
Real cost of one chair. A Regular TITAN Evo in leatherette is $579. Add shipping, which Secretlab puts at around $41 or more depending on your location, and the delivered cost is about $620 or more before tax. Secretlab also accepts HSA/FSA funds through Truemed; whether a chair qualifies depends on your plan.
Shipping, returns and warranty
The 49-day window is longer than most, and Secretlab charges no restocking fee. Two costs most reviews skip: you pay all return shipping on a box that holds a full office chair, and you must disassemble the chair completely and pack it in the original packaging. Damage fees of up to the product's price can apply if the packaging is missing or the goods show more than trial wear. Most accessories can't be returned at all, and returns are accepted only for orders placed on secretlab.co.
Delivery itself is quick by Secretlab's account: orders are usually processed within 1 working day and delivered within about 3 working days by FedEx or UPS. A few practical limits apply. Secretlab doesn't ship to PO boxes, pick-up shops or military APO, FPO and DPO addresses, and it can't change a shipping address once the order is placed. Its FAQ also warns that couriers may not carry the heavier desk boxes to an upper-floor apartment without elevator access, so plan for help if you live up a few flights of stairs. Everything arrives flat-packed for self-assembly. If you'd rather spread the cost, Secretlab offers financing through Affirm at checkout. Affirm's disclosure on the product page lists rates from 0% to 36% APR, subject to an eligibility check.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Clear size-based pricing: TITAN Evo $579 (S/R) and $629 (XL) in leatherette
- Published size guidance: Small 5'6" and under, Regular 5'7"–6'2", XL 5'11"–6'9" up to 395 lb
- 3-year chair warranty, extendable to 5 years for free; 5 years on MAGNUS desks
- 49-day return window with no restocking fee
- Published codes take $100–$150 off larger orders
- Ships from Tennessee and Utah, with delivery in about 3 working days per the brand
Cons
- Shipping costs about $41 or more per chair or desk, with no free-shipping threshold
- Returns are costly: you pay freight, must disassemble the chair and need the original boxes
- Most accessories can't be returned at all
- Warranty repairs are DIY with mailed parts, and claims must be filed within 14 days of noticing a defect

- No phone support; help runs through an AI chatbot and a contact form
Who it's for (and who should skip it)
Good fit: tall or small sitters who struggle with one-size chairs
The published size bands are the main reason to look at Secretlab. If you are under 5'6" or over 6'2", a chair built in your size range is easier to get right than a one-size seat with extra cushions.
Good fit: buyers planning a full setup
If you want a chair and a standing desk, buying both here keeps everything in one warranty system and makes the minimum-spend codes easier to reach. The 5-year desk warranty and the free chair extension give a long runway.
Skip it if...
You can't store large boxes for seven weeks, or you would rather not disassemble a chair and pay freight to send it back. Skip it too if free shipping matters to you, or if you want a technician to handle repairs. Secretlab mails you the parts instead.

FAQ
Is Secretlab worth the money?
If you sit for long hours and fit one of its sizes, Secretlab offers published pricing, a 3-year chair warranty you can extend to 5, and a 49-day return window. The total cost is higher than the sticker suggests, though: shipping runs about $41 or more per chair or desk, and returns mean paying freight yourself.
Does Secretlab have a discount code?
Yes. Secretlab's promotions page listed three codes on October 27, 2026: SLEV-MINC7LTO26 for $100 off $885 with an eligible chair, SLEV-MIND7LTO26 for $120 off $1,640 with an eligible desk, and SLEV-MINSW7LTO26 for $150 off $1,999 sitewide. Some special editions are excluded. New email subscribers can also get $20 off select accessories.
What size Secretlab chair should I get?
Secretlab recommends the TITAN Evo Small for people up to 5'6" and under 200 lb, Regular for 5'7" to 6'2" and under 220 lb, and XL for 5'11" to 6'9" and 175 to 395 lb. Small and Regular cost the same; XL adds $50. The ATLAS comes in Regular and Large.
How long is the Secretlab warranty?
Secretlab chairs carry a 3-year limited warranty, which you can extend to 5 years for free by posting a public photo of the chair with #Secretlab and submitting the link within a year of delivery. MAGNUS desks get 5 years, with 2 years on electronics. Claims must be filed within 14 days of noticing a defect.
What is Secretlab's return policy?
You have up to 49 days from delivery to return items bought on secretlab.co. There's no restocking fee, but you pay all return shipping, the item must be fully disassembled and packed in its original packaging, and original shipping isn't refunded. Damage fees can apply for missing packaging or heavy wear. Most accessories are non-returnable.
How much does Secretlab shipping cost?
Secretlab says shipping generally costs around $41 or more for one chair or desk, calculated at checkout based on your location. It ships to the 48 contiguous states from warehouses in Tennessee and Utah, usually within 1 working day, with delivery in about 3 working days. Free shipping appears only in occasional promotions.
Can I return a Secretlab chair bought on Amazon?
Not through Secretlab. Its return policy covers only purchases made on secretlab.co; for other sellers you contact that seller. Warranty is different: Secretlab honors it for authorized channels, and its warranty-extension form lists Amazon and Newegg alongside its own website. Products bought from unauthorized sellers get no warranty support.
Does Secretlab have a showroom?
Secretlab mentions an LA Experience Store in the US and says you can try its setup at Best Buy before you buy. Its contact page also links to partner locations where you can sit in the chairs. Check the store locator for current addresses before making a trip.
Final verdict
Secretlab is a reasonable buy if you want a sized chair with published fit ranges and a long warranty, and you accept the costs around the sticker price. The TITAN Evo starts at $579 for Small or Regular and $629 for XL, MAGNUS desks start at $638, and the free extension takes chair cover from 3 to 5 years. The extras are where the money goes. Shipping runs about $41 or more per chair or desk, and the codes only apply from $885. A return means disassembling the chair, finding the original boxes and paying the freight. Check your size on the product page, keep every box for 49 days, and only stretch for a code threshold if the add-on is something you'd use.
